No, you do not need to be a chef in the kitchen. and No, only if you want to count calories.
-> Basic Package: You'll have the Bode app which provides you will simple recipes based on your calorie needs. I would suggest only choosing 3-6 meals to repeat for the week.
-> Premium: If you have upgraded, you'll receive a few easy-to-follow personalised Meal plans based on your calories. Over our time together with Masterclasses and resources I'll have you be able to create your own meal plans with foods you love most! This sets you up for successful long term results.
Weight loss clients. The first week you may lose up to 3kg as we drop water and glycogen storage. Once these have cleared you can plan to lose an average of .5kg of fat each week. This is dependent on your starting weight and lifestyle. We can move faster than .5kg average but let me know in your Questionnaire notes why you'd like to.
For muscle growth goals. This is dependent on how athletic you are. Muscle grows slowly and takes time and eating in a surplus but you will see growth across 12-52 weeks. We will do all we can to minimise fat storage while we maximise muscle growth.
